Thursday: 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM - Members arrive. Oct. 19th Store items in secureroom if desired. Attend "Hospitality Room" in Hyatt Place Hotel Meeting Rooms A & B. Note: NO ALCOHOLIC beverages are to be removed from the Hospitality Room ! 11:00 PM - Hospitality room closes! Friday: 8:00 AM - Show opens to TGCA Members for "set-up". Oct. 20th 12:00 AM - Show opens to public - $5.00 2:00 PM - Lunch served to Table holders only ! ! - Cash Bar opens in TCHF. NO ALCOHOL IS TO BE TAKEN INTO THE SHOW ! ! 6:00 PM - Show closes. Hospitality Room opens to Members. 11:00 PM - Hospitality room closes. Saturday: 8:00 AM - Show opens to TGCA Members only. Oct. 21st - Light Continental breakfast for Members. 8:30 AM - Show opens to public - $5.00 - Lunch on your own ! 2:00 PM - Cash Bar opens in TCHF. NO ALCOHOL IS TO BE TAKEN INTO THE SHOW ! ! 5:00 PM - Show closes to public. 5:15 PM - AWARDS PRESENTATION ! ! 5:30 PM - Auction begins ! 7:00-ish - Supper served to ticket holders. $25/person. - Only 70 tickets will be sold! - Music / dancing with Devon & The Outlaw 10:00 PM - Devon & The Outlaw depart. Sunday: 7:30 AM - Devotional services with Rev. Buck. Oct. 22nd 8:00 AM - Show opens to TGCA Members 8:30 AM - Show opens to public - $5.00 2:00 PM - Show closes. Security leaves.
